Mr. Sharma is renowned for his in-depth knowledge of the law, exceptional expertise in crime investigation, and unparalleled ability to resolve complex issues. Throughout his career, he has faced numerous challenges, upholding the highest standards of justice and integrity. He possesses profound knowledge of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), and other legal provisions, which he applied effectively during his service.
Now retired, Mr. Sharma is dedicating his rich experience and knowledge to social service. He is an active and esteemed member of the NGO, where he continues to advance his commitment to law, security, and community welfare. Mr. Sharma believes that a child's childhood is their greatest asset and that every possible effort should be made to safeguard it. Shailender Kumar Sharma, with 43 years of experience in police service, has played a leading role in preventing crimes against young children and ensuring justice for them. During his service, he not only implemented laws like the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, the Juvenile Justice (JJ) Act, and other child protection laws but also worked significantly to spread awareness about them.
