I understand that my membership may be revoked if I violate the organization's code of conduct or misuse its name for any personal or fraudulent purposes.

Eligibility Criteria for Individual Members. Please fill in the required details accurately. Incomplete applications may not be processed.

The individual must be 18 years or older at the time of application.

The individual must not have any criminal record or ongoing legal proceedings against them.

The applicant must demonstrate a genuine interest and willingness to engage in social work activities aligned with the Foundation's goals and vision.

The Avparvah Foundation reserves the right to approve or reject any volunteer or donor application at its sole discretion.

No individual is permitted to misuse the Foundation's name for personal or fraudulent intentions. Any individual found guilty of such activities will face strict legal and organizational action.

Members must adhere to the Foundation’s non-political and non-religious stance in its activities, ensuring inclusivity and neutrality.

Members are required to comply with the Foundation's Code of Conduct and ethical guidelines, ensuring professionalism and integrity in all interactions and activities.

Members may be required to pay a nominal membership fee, which will be non-refundable.

Members should actively contribute to achieving the Foundation's objectives and participate in its events, campaigns, and programs.

Members must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and must not engage in activities that could harm the Foundation's reputation or operations.

Members must adhere to health and safety guidelines during activities organized by the Foundation to ensure the well-being of all participants.

Membership is subject to periodic reviews by the Foundation to ensure alignment with its values and objectives.

Members must not engage in financial misconduct, such as embezzlement or misappropriation of Foundation funds or resources.

Members must maintain confidentiality regarding the Foundation's sensitive information and operations.



Guidelines for Volunteers

Volunteers must act responsibly and sensibly towards the communities they serve.

Volunteers must take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of any family members accompanying them during volunteering activities.

If a volunteer knows they will miss or be late for a session, they should inform the organization’s coordinator in advance.

Volunteers wishing to leave a specific program must provide adequate notice to the concerned coordinator.

Volunteers must treat every individual equally and avoid discrimination based on age, race, culture, religion, caste, disability, gender, or sexuality.

Volunteers must not show any affiliation to religious or political institutions while representing the Foundation.

Any sensitive or personal information received during volunteering activities must be treated as confidential.

Volunteers must refrain from making statements to the media or press without the express permission of the organization.

Volunteers must seek permission from the NGO partner and beneficiaries before taking photographs at the volunteering venue.

Volunteers are advised to avoid smoking at or around the venue of any volunteering activity.

Volunteers must maintain appropriate conduct as they represent the Foundation. They should avoid any activities that could harm the reputation or image of the Avparvah Foundation.
