"Avpravah" is likely derived from the Sanskrit term "Avapravah," which means a flow or stream. In the context of the Avpravah Foundation, it symbolizes the continuous and dynamic movement towards positive change, similar to a stream that flows, nourishes, and sustains life. The foundation's name reflects its commitment to initiate and support transformative processes that lead to social welfare and upliftment.
We all need to see our dreams and work continuously to make them come true. Self-evaluation and self-motivation are most important to achieve any big goal. When we motivate ourselves, we become a source of inspiration for others as well. Similarly, we can bring about a change in society by encouraging each other.
At Avpravah Foundation, we believe that true transformation begins with a single step — a commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it the most. As we navigate the complexities of our society, we are driven by a simple yet powerful mission: to empower individuals, uplift communities, and contribute to the greater good of our nation. Our aim is to spread confidence, self-respect and solidarity in society. We use yoga, an ancient discipline, in this direction. Yoga is not only beneficial for physical health, but also strengthens mental and spiritual strength. It teaches us that confidence shows us the direction to success in life, and we get this confidence when we remain determined towards our purpose.
Remember, "Your belief, your courage can make you a hero." In this journey, it is important for all of us to come together and support each other. If we all together spread positivity and awareness in every corner of society, not only women, but every single person will be able to make their lives better.
